its a sign!!

i found a flyer on the floor at school today!

Im going to start going to fitness programs, classed start the week of the 22nd. Like next week!!!

*Tues & Thurs
Cardio Aerobics 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
*Mon & Fri
Kickboxing!! 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
im so excited!

Time for a change. . .

I look in the mirror, and i dont even recognize myself anymore.
I feel fat and ugly.

I decided that this year i am going to start a new better path for myself, i know its going to be hard but i just have to stay determined and focused.
My New Years Resolutions:
- to give up soda (any kind!)
- change for the better (health wise)
